Passive Shoring
Transfer of transient loads during a repair, a bearing replacement or an intervention beneath a load-carrying element. The governing design criterion is settlement: a support that gives by a few millimetres transfers the load elsewhere.
Jacking Procedures
We set the load-application stages, design the temporary substructure that receives the jacks — corbels, posts, spread footings — and write the lifting steps your crew will follow. The jack is chosen with you, and we stay with you throughout the project.

Active Jacking
Bridges and structures, building frames, heavy equipment. Hydraulic jacks for short travel, cranes when the stroke demands it.
Mobile Crane Lifting
The lift plan covers crane selection and configuration, rigging, the manoeuvre sequence and verification of ground bearing under the outrigger pads — a decisive point in urban settings, above buried utilities or over an underground parking structure.
