Privacy policy and handling of confidential data

At NadeauSDM inc., we are committed to a rigorous framework so that we can offer you confidential services and a confidential professional environment, including the protection of your personal information. We assure you that it will never be obtained, used or disclosed without your informed consent. Should a confidentiality incident occur, measures will be taken to notify the person concerned and to reduce the risk of harm.

We collect the personal data we need — such as our clients’ names, email addresses, mailing addresses and telephone numbers — in order to provide our services, in accordance with Law 25.

2. Use of data

The data collected is used solely for the purposes for which it was provided, including the delivery of our services and legal compliance.

3. Data retention and destruction

We retain personal data in accordance with Law 25, with hosting providers recognized as compliant, and for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The data in question will be destroyed within a maximum of 5 years.

4. Data security

Technical and organizational measures are in place to protect personal data against unauthorized access.

5. Data sharing

Personal data is shared with third parties only with the user’s consent or as required by law.

6. User rights

In accordance with Law 25, users have the right to access their data, correct it, delete it, object to its processing, and withdraw their consent.

7. Changes to this policy

Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with an update date.
