Lifting Equipment

A lifting device loads the structure carrying it well beyond the weight it hoists: dynamic effects, braking, lateral loads, fatigue over thousands of cycles. That is why an overhead crane added to an existing building calls first for a check of the supporting structure, not just a runway beam calculation. We design the equipment and its supports, and we inspect installations in service: condition of the components, conformity of the assembly, integrity of the anchors, records kept up to date.
