The challenge
Form close to 375 piers and columns along a single section, at production pace, with a system that had to be supplied as much as designed.
The challenge was not the individual element, but the rhythm. At that scale, a design is only worth what the equipment delivers, whether the method holds from one element to the next, and whether every assembly can be certified without slowing production. Certificates of conformity were issued in series, as the work advanced, for the full duration of the mandate.

Custom formwork system — Design and supply of the formwork system for all the piers and columns of the section, turnkey.
Drawings, specifications and work methods — Formwork, work decks and transfer slabs for high loads.
On-site technical assistance and support — Support to the crews on site throughout production.
Site supervision and certification — Site visits and certificates of conformity issued at the pace of the work.
Why we are proud of it
This was the first major mandate where design and supply were carried out together, by the same teams. The engineer sizing the formwork knows the equipment available; the person supplying it knows the design assumption.
At that scale, this continuity stops being a theoretical advantage: it is measured in days on site.
